Your feedback will help to shape our emerging proposals. Please complete the feedback form below before the end of our consultation period on Monday 29 June 2026.

1. Government housing rules show that Cheltenham Borough Council must deliver over 800 new homes every year. To what extent do you agree that new homes in Cheltenham should be planned on sites in sustainable locations, close to everyday facilities and existing infrastructure?

3. Unlike many sites in Cheltenham, the site is free of environmental and planning policy designations, except being within the Green Belt. Such designations constrain many other potential development locations in the area. How important is the above when considering locations for new housing?

4. Key to the proposals is a new route for cyclists and pedestrians, avoiding the congested level crossing in Swindon Lane. To what extent to you support this new route?

5. The development will provide a new area of public open space comprising publicly accessible parkland, a network of green walking and cycling routes, retained hedgerows and tree belts, as well as integrated sustainable drainage features. Do you support this significant provision of green space?

6. The development is located within close proximity to a wide range of services such as local shops, Cheltenham Spa train station, Primary and Secondary schools as well as a multitude of employment and retail areas. To what extent do you support housing developments in sustainable locations?

7. The development will support wildlife and achieve at least 10% Biodiversity Net Gain in line with the Environment Act. How important is this to you?
